Content Ownership

Ownership & Rights on User Contributed Content

Traboda is a technology platform that enables anyone anywhere to create and share cybersecurity resources ("Content") - courses, training materials, CTF challenges, Writeups etc. through our platform to other users. Our marketplace model means we need the legal right to do things like host Your Content, publish it, and share it.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, by submitting, posting, or displaying content on or through the Traboda platform & services, You grant Traboda a nonexclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, fully paid, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform and display Your Content and any name, username or likeness provided in connection with Your Content in all media formats and distribution methods now known or later developed on the Traboda platform & services.

You shall retain all moral rights to the Content You publish/share on Traboda, including the rights of integrity and attribution. However, You waive of these rights and agree not to assert them against us, and also grant us the rights to use their Conent without attribution and to make reasonable adaptations of the Content as neccessary for our platform, and providing our Services.

We might also bundle any Content on the platform with our subscription plans and other payment models to our users, in case of which You might be eligible to monetize Your Content through joining the Traboda Partner Program. However, in case you are ineligble or have not joined the program, Traboda shall still reserve the full rights to bundle Your Content with our subscriptions plans or any other payment models to our users.

Any Content posted by You might need to accessed by other users, or may be publicly viewed by others. By contributing Content to Traboda, You further agree to allow others to view and access Your Content through the Traboda platform and services.

Protecting Trademarks of Others

Traboda also respects the trademark rights of others. Accounts with any other content that misleads others or violates another's trademark may be updated, suspended, disabled, or terminated by Traboda in its sole discretion. If you are concerned that someone may be using your trademark without proper permission on our Services, please email us at [email protected], and we will review your submission. If we deem appropriate, we may remove the offending content, warn the individual who posted the content, and/or temporarily or permanently suspend or disable the individual’s account.
